What are Pores?

Pores are tiny openings in your skin that release oil and sweat from your glands. There are two different pores: oil pores and sweat pores

Oil pores are connected to an oil gland, typically enlarged pores or blocked pores refers to oil pores

Oil pores are present over the entire surface of skin, except for the skin on the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet.

On the other hand, Sweat pores are really tiny and are present all over the skin

Who's this procedure for?

How can we treat this?

The Key Takeaways

Typically, the pores do a great job of draining out oil, dead skin cells, and other gunk

But sometimes, instead of being cleared up and out of the pore, oil and dead cells become trapped in the hair follicle

Clogged pores can lead to acne. Acne is a disorder of the pore, sebaceous (oil) glands, and sebaceous (oil) duct

"The only job of pores is to drain out oil and gunk. They need to clear the desk, not clogged. Let us make sure it does its only job and not showcase more than needed"
